Additional fees
Internet connection fees are paid by the customer. If you pay with a card in a currency other than Japanese yen, exchange fees are set by your card issuer.

Payment timing
The first period is charged when you subscribe. After that, the monthly plan is charged on the same day each month, and the yearly plan on the same day each year.
Delivery
The Pro plan is available as soon as payment is complete.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" on the dashboard. After cancelling, you can use the Pro plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds after payment. If you could not use the service because of a defect, please contact us by email.
